DropMeter is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for TV producers, streamers, and indie studios to choose binge vs weekly vs hybrid release strategies using real audience signals. It ingests public data (Google Trends, YouTube trailer engagement, social chatter, Wikipedia pageviews) plus your first-party metrics (episode completion, churn, trial conversion, retention cohorts) and runs scenario simulations: “If we drop 3 episodes then go weekly, what happens to churn and word-of-mouth?” It outputs a recommended cadence, episode grouping, and marketing beats (trailer timing, recap content, cliffhanger placement suggestions). It’s an AI + traditional analytics product: AI summarizes insights and generates experiment plans, while the core is cohort modeling and forecasting. Brutal truth: it won’t magically guarantee hits; it just reduces guesswork and helps teams run smarter release experiments with measurable KPIs.
