DropoutRadar

DropoutRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps schools and training programs detect learner disengagement early using lightweight learning analytics. It connects to common LMS sources (Canvas, Moodle, Google Classroom exports) and ingests basic signals: missing submissions, late work patterns, logins, quiz volatility, and forum silence. The app turns these into an “attention queue” for instructors and advisors, prioritizing students who are most likely to slip in the next 1–2 weeks. It also provides simple, defensible explanations (e.g., “3 missed deadlines + 70% drop in activity”) rather than opaque scores, plus templated outreach messages and intervention tracking. This is not a magic AI tutor; it’s a practical triage dashboard that saves staff time and reduces preventable failures. Expect pushback on data privacy and false positives—so the product must be transparent, configurable, and conservative by default.
