DropZoneOps is a mobile + web app for skydiving drop zones to log, triage, and learn from safety events and near-misses without the usual paper binders and scattered WhatsApp threads. Staff can record incidents in under a minute (type, phase of jump, aircraft, weather snapshot, gear involved, injuries, photos), assign follow-ups (gear inspection, coaching, maintenance), and close the loop with a clear audit trail. An AI assistant helps normalize messy reports, de-identify sensitive details, and surface recurring patterns (e.g., specific landing areas, canopy models, wind windows, instructors, aircraft loads) so management can act before the next accident. Realistically, this won’t “predict” accidents; it will make reporting easier, reduce forgotten follow-ups, and produce usable trends for safety meetings and insurer conversations. It’s built for operational discipline, not social features.
