DryRunGrid is a web + mobile app for cities, campuses, and large property managers to plan, run, and score disaster exercises (flood, wildfire smoke, heatwaves, earthquakes) with minimal overhead. It turns an emergency plan PDF into a timed checklist, role assignments, and injects (simulated events) that force real decisions: road closures, shelter overflow, generator failure, comms outages. During drills, participants use mobile check-ins and photo evidence; coordinators get a live dashboard showing task completion, bottlenecks, and missed dependencies. Afterward, it auto-generates an after-action report with gaps, corrective actions, owners, and deadlines. The honest reality: many organizations “do drills” as box-ticking. This product wins by making drills measurable, repeatable, and auditable—without needing expensive consultants every time.
