DSARDock

DSARDock is a web app (with optional mobile admin view) that helps small and mid-sized organizations handle Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) under GDPR/CCPA without buying an enterprise GRC suite. It provides a public request portal, guided intake forms, and a workflow to verify identity, assign owners, collect data from common systems, and produce a response package with an audit trail. It tracks statutory deadlines, pauses, extensions, and communications, and generates regulator-ready logs. It integrates with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Zendesk/Jira, and a secure file vault for evidence. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to classify request type, draft response templates, and summarize collected records, but the system is designed so humans approve everything. The honest pitch: it won’t “make you compliant,” but it will stop DSARs from becoming chaotic fire drills.
