DuckLogix is a mobile + web app for waterfowl surveyors, refuge staff, and serious birders who need defensible counts, not pretty bird photos. It lets you record flock observations fast (species, sex/age class, behavior, habitat, weather), auto-captures GPS/time, and supports offline mode for remote wetlands. The AI component helps suggest species from quick photos/audio and flags likely mis-IDs based on location/season, but it never “auto-submits” without user confirmation. After a survey, it generates standardized reports (CSV + agency-style summaries) and a map of transects/points so teams can audit coverage. Realistically, the app wins only if it saves field time and reduces data cleaning—so the UI is optimized for one-handed entry, big buttons, and minimal taps, not social features.
