DueDiligenceX is a web app with AI assistance that helps impact investors and venture teams run consistent, audit-ready impact due diligence on startups and funds. Users choose an impact thesis (e.g., climate resilience, financial inclusion), then the app generates a tailored diligence checklist aligned to common frameworks (IRIS+, SDGs, GIIN-style metrics) and the investor’s own policy. Founders upload existing materials (deck, data room docs, ESG policy, pilot results). The AI extracts claims, flags weak evidence, highlights missing metrics, and drafts a concise “impact case” memo with assumptions and confidence levels. It also creates a post-investment measurement plan: what to track, how often, and what evidence is acceptable. The goal is not perfect impact scoring—it's reducing time wasted on inconsistent questionnaires and making decisions easier to defend to ICs and LPs.
