DueProof

DueProof is a web app (with a lightweight Slack/Teams companion) for deadline management that forces clarity and creates a paper trail. Instead of letting tasks sit with vague due dates, it requires a “Definition of Done,” owner, dependencies, and a confidence level before a deadline is accepted. It then runs a simple daily check-in: what changed, what’s blocked, and whether the due date still holds. When confidence drops, DueProof automatically generates a short “risk memo” for stakeholders: impact, options, and the earliest realistic new date. It also detects silent deadline drift by comparing historical estimates vs actuals per person/team and flags chronic overcommitment. This is not a feel-good productivity tool; it’s a lightweight accountability system designed to reduce surprise misses and last-minute fire drills without turning into heavy project management software.
