DuesPilot is a web + mobile app for Conservative synagogues to modernize membership dues, financial assistance, and renewals without turning the process into a shame-filled negotiation. It gives members a clean self-serve flow to choose a dues tier, request confidential abatements, set up autopay, and handle High Holiday seat add-ons. For staff and treasurers, it centralizes renewals, arrears tracking, pledge reminders, and board-approved assistance rules with audit trails. This is not another generic donor CRM; it’s built around the reality of synagogue finances: mixed revenue (dues + donations + tickets), seasonal deadlines, and sensitive hardship requests. The MVP should focus on a tight billing + renewal experience and integrate with existing accounting tools so synagogues don’t have to rip-and-replace their systems.
