DustlessLog is a mobile + web app that helps homeowners and small contractors document renovation conditions daily so disputes don’t turn into he-said-she-said. It guides users to capture consistent “evidence sets” (wide shots, close-ups, utilities, floors, adjacent rooms) and automatically time-stamps, geotags, and hashes files for tamper-evident records. It also tracks noise/dust events, water shutoffs, deliveries, and change requests with simple templates. An AI assistant summarizes the week into a shareable report for landlords, insurers, or the GC, and flags missing documentation (e.g., no pre-demo photos of the hallway). This isn’t a full project management suite; it’s lightweight, focused, and built for real-world chaos where people forget to document until something goes wrong.
