DustLogix

DustLogix is a mobile + web app for small woodworking shops to measure, document, and improve dust collection performance. It connects to a low-cost Bluetooth particulate sensor (PM2.5/PM10) and logs air quality during common operations (table saw, sanding, routing). The app turns messy readings into simple “before/after” reports tied to tool, filter, duct configuration, and maintenance actions (bag change, filter cleaning, blast gate tweaks). It also provides a compliance-friendly logbook for shops that need to show basic safety diligence to landlords, insurers, or employees. This is not a magic safety app: it won’t replace industrial hygiene testing, and cheap sensors aren’t lab-grade. But it will reveal obvious problems (leaks, clogged filters, bad airflow) and help users prioritize fixes that actually move the needle.
