DyeLotLog
DyeLotLog is a mobile + web app for small-to-mid textile mills, dye houses, and garment makers to track dye lots, shade approvals, and roll-level QC in one place. Users scan roll tags (QR/barcode), attach spectro readings or photos under standardized lighting, and log process parameters (recipe, temperature curve, time, pH, machine, operator). The app flags risk when a lot deviates from the approved standard or when mixing lots will likely cause visible shade variation. It also generates simple, buyer-friendly reports for approvals and audits, reducing back-and-forth emails and “lost” lab dips. This is not glamorous: adoption requires shop-floor discipline, and the UI must be fast, offline-capable, and dead simple. The value is fewer re-dyes, fewer claims, and faster approvals—measurable savings that justify a subscription.
