ECGInbox is a web + mobile AI-assisted workflow tool for cardiology practices and hospital services that are drowning in ECGs from EDs, wards, clinics, and remote devices. It centralizes incoming ECG PDFs/images and device feeds into a single queue, auto-extracts key measurements (rate, PR, QRS, QTc), flags high-risk patterns (STEMI criteria, high-grade AV block, wide-complex tachycardia, hyperkalemia patterns), and generates a structured draft interpretation with guideline-linked rationale. Clinicians approve/edit with one tap, then the app pushes a finalized report back to the EHR via HL7/FHIR and logs turnaround time for QA. It also supports “overread” routing, escalation rules, and audit trails for medico-legal defensibility. This is not a consumer ECG toy; it’s built to save clinician time, reduce delays, and standardize documentation under real clinical constraints.
