EchoDocket
EchoDocket is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for employee voice that focuses on what most tools avoid: accountability after the comment is submitted. Employees can submit ideas, concerns, and process fixes either named or anonymous, attach evidence, and choose a category. HR/People Ops and managers triage items into a transparent “action docket” with an owner, due date, and status updates visible to the org (with privacy controls for sensitive topics). The app includes a lightweight pulse check to validate whether an issue is widespread, plus a resolution log that documents what changed and why. It integrates with Slack/Teams for submission and status nudges, and supports audit-ready exports for compliance and investigations. It’s intentionally not a “culture app”; it’s a workflow tool that makes feedback measurable and hard to ignore.
