EchoLedger

EchoLedger is a web + mobile AI app that forces decisions through a second-order thinking workflow. You enter a choice (e.g., hire, pricing change, move cities), then the app prompts you to map first-order outcomes, second-order consequences, and “third-order surprises” across time horizons (1 week, 3 months, 1 year). It includes a lightweight probability + impact scoring system, a pre-mortem checklist, and a “reversal test” to challenge motivated reasoning. The AI assistant doesn’t decide for you; it critiques your logic, flags missing stakeholders, suggests common downstream effects from similar scenarios, and highlights contradictions between your stated values and predicted outcomes. Exportable decision memos make it usable at work. Realistically, it’s not magic—its value is structure, consistency, and reducing impulsive decisions, not perfect predictions.
