EchoReview

EchoReview is a mobile + web app that turns your scattered digital life into a structured weekly review you’ll actually finish. It connects to a small set of sources (calendar, photos, location history, and optionally Spotify/Apple Music) and generates a “memory digest” with prompts: what mattered, what drained you, who you spent time with, and what you avoided. The AI doesn’t pretend to know your feelings; it surfaces evidence (events, places, people, media) and asks short questions you can answer in under 5 minutes. Over time it builds a searchable “pattern map” showing recurring themes (work overload weeks, social isolation, travel spikes) and lets you annotate with private notes. It’s designed for privacy: local-first summaries where possible, clear data controls, and export anytime. Realistic goal: help users maintain a consistent reflection habit without starting from a blank page.
