EcoCarton

EcoCarton is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion for warehouse staff that helps ecommerce brands and 3PLs reduce packaging waste and cost by right-sizing and material-switching with real shipping data. It ingests order history, SKU dimensions/weights, carrier rate tables, and damage/return reasons, then recommends the smallest viable box, void-fill amount, and alternative materials that meet protection targets. The mobile workflow lets packers scan an order and get a “pack recipe” (box size, inserts, tape length) plus a quick exception flow when items don’t match dimensions. Sustainability reporting is built in: estimated CO2e, corrugate usage, and plastic reduction per shipment, with exports for customer-facing impact pages and internal ESG reporting. This is not magic—accuracy depends on clean SKU data and disciplined packing—but it can deliver measurable reductions when integrated into daily operations.
