EcoRoutine is a mobile AI + traditional app that helps people switch to natural/organic beauty without wasting money on products that don’t suit them. Users answer a short skin/hair profile (goals, sensitivities, climate, budget), then scan or search products to see fit scores based on ingredient flags, common irritants, and evidence-backed actives (where applicable). The app builds a simple AM/PM routine, tracks reactions over time, and suggests substitutions when a product causes issues or is discontinued. It also includes a “minimal swap” mode that replaces only one product at a time to reduce flare-ups and buyer’s remorse. Reality check: it won’t magically diagnose skin conditions; it’s a decision-support tool that reduces trial-and-error and helps users stay consistent with a routine they can afford.
