Ecosync is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for economic development teams and cluster managers to track, activate, and prove the value of their regional ecosystem. It centralizes a verified directory of companies, labs, investors, talent programs, and support orgs, then maps relationships via introductions, events, grants, and procurement links. The AI layer suggests high-probability connections (e.g., supplier matches, pilot customers, co-founders, research partners) and generates “next best actions” for ecosystem managers. Instead of vanity metrics (event attendance, newsletter opens), Ecosync focuses on outcomes: pilots launched, contracts signed, funding raised, jobs created, and time-to-intro. It includes lightweight CRM workflows for stakeholder outreach, plus dashboards that translate activity into funder-ready reporting. Realistically, adoption depends on keeping data clean and minimizing manual entry—so the product is built around verification, integrations, and simple collaboration rather than complex modeling.
