EcosyncHub is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps companies orchestrate multi-partner ecosystems without drowning in spreadsheets, email threads, and mismatched incentives. It centralizes partner onboarding, joint plans, shared KPIs, co-sell deal registration, and program compliance into a single workflow. The core is a “Partner Operating Model” builder: define roles (ISV, reseller, SI), required artifacts, approval steps, and data-sharing rules, then apply it across partners. A lightweight AI layer summarizes partner health, flags stalled onboarding, detects KPI drift, and drafts QBR notes from activity and CRM signals. This is not a full PRM replacement; it’s the orchestration layer that sits above CRM/PRM tools and forces consistent execution across many partner types. Expect real value only if you already manage 10+ active partners and have executive buy-in to standardize processes.
