EdgePatch

EdgePatch is a web app (with a lightweight device agent) for safely rolling out OS/app/container updates to edge devices in unreliable networks. It focuses on the ugly reality: intermittent connectivity, mixed hardware, and remote sites where a failed update means a truck roll. The platform provides staged rollouts, canary groups, bandwidth-aware scheduling, delta updates, and automatic rollback using A/B partitions or container image pinning. It continuously verifies device health (boot success, service checks, disk, temperature) and blocks further rollout when failure thresholds are hit. It also keeps a tamper-evident audit trail for compliance and supports “offline-first” update bundles that can be side-loaded and later reconciled. This is a traditional app with a small AI component for anomaly detection and rollout risk scoring, not a magic “AI ops” pitch.
