EdgePulse is a web + edge desktop agent that turns existing PLC/SCADA and sensor streams into a practical “good-enough” digital twin for maintenance decisions. Instead of trying to model an entire plant, it focuses on a single asset class at a time (pumps, compressors, conveyors) and builds a baseline behavior profile from historical signals (vibration, current, temperature, flow, run hours). It then flags drift, correlates anomalies to likely failure modes, and generates maintenance work-order suggestions with confidence and evidence (signal snippets, trend context). The product is brutally pragmatic: it supports messy data, intermittent connectivity, and minimal instrumentation. It includes a lightweight simulation layer for “what-if” operating changes (speed, load, duty cycle) to estimate remaining useful life impact. Integrations target what teams actually use: CMMS/EAM export, email/Teams alerts, and CSV/OPC UA ingestion.
