EdgeRunbook
EdgeRunbook is a web + mobile app for operating distributed/edge infrastructure when connectivity is unreliable and teams are small. It lets SRE/DevOps teams author step-by-step incident runbooks that can execute checks and safe actions locally on edge nodes (via a lightweight agent), then sync results back to a central dashboard when a link returns. The product focuses on the boring, painful reality: edge sites fail in repetitive ways, and the person on-call often has limited context, limited access, and limited time. EdgeRunbook provides versioned procedures, preflight validations, and “guardrails” (rate limits, approvals, and rollback steps) so operators don’t improvise destructive fixes. It also captures a complete audit trail and postmortem-ready timeline automatically. This is not a full edge orchestration platform; it’s a pragmatic incident operations layer that works even when the network doesn’t.
