EdgeSentry

EdgeSentry is a web + desktop app for monitoring and diagnosing edge compute nodes deployed across factories, retail stores, vehicles, and remote sites. It focuses on the unglamorous reality: flaky networks, misconfigured gateways, expired certs, disk pressure, and silent service crashes that don’t show up in cloud-only dashboards. The app runs a lightweight agent on each edge device to collect health metrics, network path tests, and service checks, then correlates issues across sites to pinpoint whether the problem is ISP, LAN, DNS, time drift, or the workload itself. It provides actionable runbooks (not vague alerts) and a “blast radius” view so ops teams know which locations are impacted. This is a traditional app with AI-assisted diagnostics: AI summarizes incidents, suggests likely root causes, and drafts remediation steps, but humans stay in control.
