EdgeSignal

EdgeSignal is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps teams surface “unknown unknowns” by continuously scanning for weak signals across internal and external sources, then forcing structured follow-up. You connect sources like incident tickets, customer support tags, product analytics anomalies, vendor status pages, security advisories, regulatory updates, and key news/RSS feeds. The app clusters surprising changes, contradictions, and emerging patterns into short “Signal Cards” with confidence, potential blast radius, and suggested questions to ask—not definitive predictions. It then runs lightweight “premortem sprints”: assigns owners, sets deadlines, and captures what was checked, what was ignored, and why. Over time, EdgeSignal builds an organizational memory of missed signals and near-misses so you can reduce repeat surprises. It’s not magic: it won’t predict black swans reliably, but it will make it harder for teams to miss obvious early warnings and easier to act consistently.
