EDIRescue

EDIRescue is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that monitors, validates, and auto-triages EDI traffic between your ERP and trading partners. It ingests EDI files/messages (X12/EDIFACT) from SFTP/AS2/VAN inboxes, runs rule-based and AI-assisted checks (missing segments, bad qualifiers, price/qty mismatches, duplicate POs, late ASNs), and maps failures to business impact (blocked invoices, short-ship risk, chargebacks). Instead of dumping cryptic 997/CONTRL errors on IT, it creates actionable tickets for operations and finance with suggested fixes, partner-specific playbooks, and a clear audit trail. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t replace your ERP or EDI translator; it sits on top to reduce downtime, penalties, and “where is my order” chaos. Expect heavy integration work per customer, but the value is immediate when EDI breaks.
