EditionLedger is a lightweight inventory and provenance tracker for printmakers who juggle editions, artist proofs, states, and consignment. It lets you create an edition record (size, paper, ink, plate, state notes), then generate unique IDs for each impression (e.g., 7/30, AP 2/5) with a scannable QR label. You can log where each print is (studio, framer, gallery, collector), what it cost to make, and what it sold for, including gallery splits and taxes. The app exports clean certificates of authenticity and packing slips, and produces simple reports (profit per edition, unsold inventory, consignments overdue). This is not glamorous—it's admin—but it saves real time and prevents expensive mistakes like double-selling, lost consignments, or missing provenance details years later.
