EEGAnnotate
EEGAnnotate is a web + desktop companion app for neuroscience labs and neurotech startups that need to label EEG quickly and consistently. It ingests common formats (EDF/BDF/FIF/BrainVision), auto-detects candidate events (spikes, artifacts, sleep spindles, K-complexes, seizures) and presents them in a review-first workflow: accept, adjust, or reject with keyboard-driven speed. The product focuses on auditability: every label has provenance (model version, reviewer, timestamp), inter-rater agreement reports, and export to formats used in MNE-Python and EEGLAB. This is not a “diagnosis” tool; it’s a productivity layer for researchers and clinical neurophysiology teams doing annotation-heavy work. Realistic value comes from cutting labeling time and reducing messy, irreproducible spreadsheets. If you can’t beat existing tools on speed and traceability, you’ll lose—so the UX must be ruthless about throughput.
