EggRoute

EggRoute is a mobile + web app for small-to-mid egg producers and aggregators to schedule pickups, track lot-level counts, and document temperature and handling from farm to packer/buyer. It replaces messy texts, paper manifests, and “we’ll be there sometime today” logistics with simple routes, driver checklists, and photo-based proof of condition at pickup and drop-off. The app generates digital manifests with lot IDs, timestamps, and exception notes (cracks, dirty eggs, shortages) so disputes get resolved fast. It also provides basic buyer compliance outputs (traceability, handling logs) without forcing users into a full ERP. This is not a glamorous product; it’s operational plumbing. The value is fewer missed pickups, fewer rejected loads, and faster payment because documentation is clean and immediate.
