eISFGuard

eISFGuard is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for clinical trial operations teams to keep the Investigator Site File (ISF/TMF-at-site) inspection-ready and prevent documentation drift. It provides a structured checklist by study and country, deadline tracking for essential documents, and a simple intake workflow for sites to upload or confirm documents. The AI layer reads uploaded PDFs (e.g., CVs, GCP certs, delegation logs, training records) to extract dates, signatures, version numbers, and missing fields, then flags likely issues (expired training, unsigned logs, wrong protocol version). It generates a “next actions” queue for CRCs and CTAs and a sponsor-facing compliance dashboard. This is not a full eTMF replacement; it’s a lightweight guardrail focused on site-level essential docs where teams routinely fail audits due to small, preventable gaps.
