ElderPulse

ElderPulse is a web + mobile app for Protestant churches to manage pastoral care and member follow-up in a way that fits elder-led ministry. It replaces informal lists with a lightweight care CRM: households, visits, prayer needs, benevolence requests, hospitalizations, and follow-up tasks. The app supports role-based access so sensitive notes stay limited to pastors/elders, while deacons or small-group leaders see only what they need. It includes simple care workflows (new visitor follow-up, membership interviews, discipline steps, crisis response) and reminders so people don’t fall through the cracks. This is not a sermon tool; it’s a ministry operations tool focused on shepherding. Expect slow sales cycles and high trust requirements, but churches that adopt it will rely on it weekly.
