Eligibilink

Eligibilink is a web + mobile app that helps residents pre-screen eligibility and complete a single guided intake that can be reused across multiple welfare and benefits programs (e.g., SNAP, Medicaid, housing assistance, childcare subsidies). It focuses on reducing abandonment: it breaks applications into short steps, auto-generates a document checklist, and tracks verification status with clear deadlines. Users can scan documents, get reminders, and share a secure “benefits packet” link with caseworkers or community navigators. On the agency/nonprofit side, a lightweight portal lets staff request missing items, message securely, and export standardized PDFs or data files for legacy systems. This is not magic: it won’t replace official determinations, and integrations with government systems will be limited at first. The MVP succeeds by being a better front door and a better follow-up system than paper, email, and phone tag.
