EmbargoHub is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for PR teams to securely distribute embargoed press materials and track who accessed what, when, and under which terms. Instead of emailing PDFs and hoping reporters respect the rules, you create an embargo “room” with press release, assets, and FAQs, then invite journalists with identity-verified links. Access is time-gated until embargo lift, with watermarking on downloads and per-recipient audit logs. If a leak happens, you can quickly identify the source and prove the chain of custody. It also includes a lightweight media list CRM, consent tracking, and one-click post-embargo distribution. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps draft tailored pitches and flags risky recipients based on past behavior, but the core value is secure distribution and accountability.
