Instead of blasting PDFs and hoping journalists comply, you share a secure, expiring link to a press kit that requires lightweight verification (email + outlet) and logs access events. It auto-generates embargo language, time-zone-safe release times, and a “who to remind” list as the embargo approaches. If a story appears early, you can quickly audit access, revoke links, and export a clean incident report for leadership. This is not a magical “prevent leaks” tool—journalists can still break embargo—but it reduces accidental breaches, improves accountability, and saves hours of manual follow-up. Pricing targets agencies and in-house comms teams that run frequent launches.
