EnergyLedger

EnergyLedger is a mobile + web app that helps people pinpoint what actually affects their daily energy: sleep quality, meals, caffeine, exercise, stress, social interactions, and work blocks. Users log quick “energy check-ins” (30 seconds) a few times per day and optionally connect wearables for passive signals. The app then runs simple, transparent analyses (not magic) to show patterns like “late caffeine correlates with next-day slump” or “meetings over 45 minutes predict afternoon crash.” It suggests small experiments (e.g., move lunch, change workout time, shorten meetings) and tracks whether energy improves over 2 weeks. It also includes a lightweight “social energy” tracker to identify people/events that consistently energize or drain you, without turning it into therapy. The goal is practical behavior change, not vague wellness content.
