EnergyLedger
EnergyLedger is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps people stop overcommitting by treating energy as a finite daily budget. You do a 30-second morning check-in (sleep, stress, soreness, mood) and the app assigns an “energy balance” for the day. Every calendar event and task gets an energy cost (manual, templated, or AI-suggested). As you schedule, the app warns when you’re going into “energy debt” and proposes swaps: shorten meetings, move deep work, add recovery blocks, or decline low-value commitments. It integrates with Google Calendar/Outlook and pulls passive signals (steps, sleep) from Apple Health/Google Fit to calibrate your baseline over time. Weekly reports show what reliably drains or restores you, so you can renegotiate recurring commitments with data instead of guilt. This is not a motivation app; it’s a constraint system that forces realistic planning.
