EnergyLedger

EnergyLedger is a mobile + web app that helps people stop planning their days like robots. Instead of only tracking time, it tracks energy and recovery. You do quick check-ins (30 seconds) a few times a day: energy level, mood, sleep quality, and what you’re doing. The app auto-tags activities from your calendar and (optionally) wearable data, then shows which meetings, tasks, and routines consistently drain or boost you. It generates a realistic “energy budget” for tomorrow and suggests swaps: move deep work to your peak window, batch low-energy admin, and schedule recovery blocks before you crash. This is not a magical productivity app—it's a feedback loop that makes your schedule match your biology. The goal is fewer burned-out days and more predictable output.
