EnforceTrail is a web + mobile app for government inspection teams that turns field findings into enforceable, trackable cases without drowning staff in paperwork. Inspectors capture structured checklists, photos/video, GPS/time stamps, and digital signatures offline, then sync to a central case file. Supervisors can review, request clarifications, issue notices, set deadlines, and track corrective actions through closure. The system generates standardized letters and evidence packets (PDF) that hold up during appeals, with a clear chain-of-custody log. A lightweight AI layer helps: it suggests likely violation codes from notes/photos, flags missing required evidence, and summarizes case narratives—while keeping humans in control. This is not a “magic AI compliance” product; it’s a workflow and evidence system that reduces rework, missed deadlines, and weak documentation that often kills enforcement actions.
