EnrichPulse

EnrichPulse is a mobile + web app for zoos and exotic animal facilities to plan, run, and evaluate enrichment with measurable outcomes. Keepers log enrichment delivery in seconds (QR/NFC on enclosures, quick templates, photo/video). The app then prompts short, standardized behavior observations before/after sessions and turns them into simple welfare trend charts per animal and exhibit. An optional AI layer auto-tags behaviors from short clips (e.g., pacing, foraging, social interaction) to reduce observer burden, but it’s positioned as “assistive,” not a replacement for staff judgment. Managers get compliance-ready reports for accreditation and internal audits, plus a library of enrichment protocols with outcome notes. Reality check: the hardest part is getting consistent data; the product wins by making logging faster than paper and making the output immediately useful for staffing, welfare reviews, and accreditation documentation.
