EnrichRoster is a mobile + web app for animal care teams to schedule, deliver, and verify enrichment with minimal admin work. Staff pick an approved enrichment item from a species-specific library, the app auto-generates a simple checklist (setup, safety, cleanup), and logs completion with timestamp, location, and optional photo. A lightweight AI layer flags repetitive patterns (e.g., same puzzle too often), suggests rotation based on past use and animal response notes, and highlights missed days or understaffed shifts. Managers get compliance-ready reports for audits and welfare reviews without building spreadsheets. This is not a magic “welfare optimizer”—it’s a practical operations tool that makes enrichment execution consistent, trackable, and easier to defend to regulators and leadership. Works offline in back-of-house areas and syncs when connected.
