Entitlex

Entitlex is a web app (traditional + AI) that continuously validates whether customers are receiving exactly what they paid for—and whether you’re billing exactly what they’re using—across SaaS products with complex plans, add-ons, usage meters, and grandfathered terms. It ingests data from your billing system, CRM, product telemetry, and entitlement service, then builds a “contract-to-usage” map that highlights gaps: under-billing due to missing meters, over-delivery due to misconfigured feature flags, and renewal risk from entitlement drift. The AI layer helps classify plan terms from order forms, detect anomalous entitlement changes, and propose likely root causes, but the system keeps an auditable rules trail so finance and revops can trust it. Expect real work integrating messy sources; the value comes from catching leaks before month-end close and reducing fire drills between finance, sales ops, and engineering.
