EquiAccess

EquiAccess is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for community clinics, public health departments, and nonprofits to identify and close access gaps in real time. It combines appointment availability, transportation time, language access, insurance acceptance, and clinic capacity into a single “equity access score” by neighborhood and demographic segment. Staff can upload de-identified encounter data, import clinic schedules, and map where no-shows, long travel times, or referral drop-offs cluster. The app then recommends practical interventions—extended hours, mobile clinic stops, interpreter coverage, ride-share vouchers, or targeted outreach—based on what has historically improved attendance and follow-through. It also generates grant-ready reports with transparent methodology, so organizations can justify funding requests without hiring a data team. This is not a consumer wellness app; it’s operational tooling for under-resourced systems that need to prove impact quickly.
