Therapists and instructors can generate structured session notes in minutes using templates tailored to EAT/EAP, including horse used, activities, safety incidents, and observed outcomes. An AI assist turns quick voice dictation into clean, compliant notes and suggests goal-progress language, but keeps the clinician in control with mandatory review and locked fields. The app also tracks horse workload and welfare flags (fatigue, soreness, behavioral notes) to reduce overuse and improve safety. Exportable reports support referrals, grant reporting, and internal QA. Brutal truth: this won’t sell to “casual” barns; it wins only if it saves real admin time and reduces compliance anxiety for programs that already have paying clients and documentation requirements.
