ErgoBay

ErgoBay is a desktop + web app that checks spatial layouts (workstations, labs, retail counters, clinics, control rooms) against ergonomic reach, clearance, and posture constraints before anything is built. Import a floor plan or 3D model, drop in task zones (frequent reach, occasional reach, no-reach), and assign user percentiles (5th–95th) plus mobility constraints. The app runs rule-based checks and lightweight AI-assisted detection to flag common failures: too-high shelves, blocked knee clearance, unsafe twist angles, pinch points, and excessive travel between repeated tasks. It outputs a prioritized punch list with annotated screenshots, measurements, and a compliance-style report you can hand to architects, GC’s, or safety teams. It’s not a magic “perfect ergonomics” button—just a practical pre-build QA tool that catches expensive mistakes early.
