ErgoPulse

ErgoPulse is a mobile + web app that helps safety teams reduce musculoskeletal injuries (MSDs) in warehouses, manufacturing, and field work. Workers do quick, guided “task check-ins” (30–60 seconds) with optional short video clips of a lift, carry, push/pull, or repetitive task. The app scores risk using standard ergonomics frameworks (e.g., RULA/REBA-style logic) and flags high-risk tasks, shifts, and locations. Supervisors get a dashboard showing trends, repeat offenders (tasks, not people), and recommended controls (tooling, layout changes, rotation, micro-breaks). It also generates audit-ready reports for EHS and insurers. This is not a magic injury-prevention button: it won’t replace an ergonomist. But it can make risk visibility and follow-through much faster and cheaper than periodic manual assessments.
