ErgoSnap

ErgoSnap is a mobile + web AI app that helps safety teams and supervisors quickly spot high-risk ergonomic tasks (lifting, pushing/pulling, repetitive work, awkward postures) using a short phone video. The app guides the user to capture a 10–20 second clip, then runs on-device pose estimation to estimate joint angles, repetition rate, and time-in-posture, producing a simple risk score and a prioritized list of fixes (e.g., raise work surface, change reach distance, add lift assist, rotate tasks). It stores assessments by job, line, and site, and generates a one-page report for audits and incident investigations. This is not a medical diagnosis tool; it’s a practical screening tool to reduce musculoskeletal injury risk. Realistically, accuracy won’t be perfect—so the product focuses on “good enough to triage” and easy documentation, not lab-grade biomechanics.
