ErgoStencil

ErgoStencil is a mobile + web AI app that turns a quick phone scan of a workspace (desk, lab bench, clinic room, classroom, or shop floor station) into an ergonomic risk report and a concrete layout plan. Users capture a short video sweep; the app estimates key dimensions (work surface height, reach zones, monitor distance, chair/foot clearance) and flags likely issues using simple, explainable rules (NIOSH/ISO-inspired heuristics) rather than pretending to be a medical device. It then generates a “stencil” overlay: where to place frequently used items, recommended monitor/keyboard positions, and what to raise/lower or move. The output is designed for real-world constraints: budget, fixed furniture, shared stations, and safety requirements. Reports export to PDF with before/after photos and a prioritized checklist so facilities or EHS teams can actually implement changes.
