ErrandFuse

ErrandFuse is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) that turns scattered real-world to-dos into smart, time-boxed errand batches. Users dump tasks like “post office,” “pick up meds,” “return package,” and “buy screws,” and the app groups them by location, store hours, and priority, then proposes a single optimized route with a realistic time estimate and a “good enough” cutoff. It also builds repeatable routines (e.g., “Saturday Reset Run”) so you can reuse the same batch template weekly without re-planning. This is not a full life planner; it’s narrowly focused on reducing the friction and wasted time of physical errands. The app integrates with maps, reminders, and calendars, and it nudges you to batch only when it actually saves time (otherwise it tells you to skip).
