EscrowPulse

EscrowPulse is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that monitors property tax and homeowners insurance changes that can trigger escrow shortages and sudden mortgage payment jumps. Users connect their mortgage servicer (where supported), upload their latest escrow statement, and link their insurance policy. The app tracks renewal dates, premium changes, local tax assessment updates, and flags risk months before the servicer recalculates escrow. It generates a plain-English forecast of likely payment changes, a “catch-up plan” (monthly set-aside target), and step-by-step actions like shopping insurance, appealing assessments, or requesting escrow analysis. For lenders/servicers, it offers a lightweight portal to reduce inbound calls and delinquency risk by proactively notifying borrowers. Realistically, data access is messy; the MVP should focus on statement parsing + user-entered confirmations and expand integrations later.
