EscrowPulse

EscrowPulse is a web + mobile app that gives buyers, sellers, and agents a single, shared closing timeline with real-time status pulled from the people who actually control the process: escrow/title, lender, and inspectors. Instead of chasing updates across texts, emails, and portals, each party confirms milestones (appraisal ordered, underwriting, title cleared, repair receipts received) and flags blockers with an owner and due date. The app focuses on “where deals die”: missing documents, silent vendors, and unclear next steps. It’s not a magic button—if partners refuse to participate, it won’t help—but when even 2–3 parties use it, it reduces confusion and finger-pointing. Monetization is straightforward: per-transaction fee for agents/teams, with a free viewer mode for consumers. It’s a traditional app with light AI to summarize threads and predict likely delays based on milestone patterns.
